TATA Technologies

Graphic Era Group in an effort to foster innovative progress has introduced Industry Specific B.Tech programmes in association with Tata Technologies to acquire global competence that articulates the knowledge and skilss required for the 21st Century. This initiative between Graphic Era and Tata Technologies was cemented in November 2016 with the MoU signing between Prof Dr Kamal Ghanshala, Chancellor- GEU & GEHU and Mr. Anand Bhade, President- Asia Pacific Global Services and Technology Solutions, Tata Technologies.

SALESFORCE

Graphic Era Group, encompassing GEU and GEHU, enters into an association with SALESFORCE, the biggest Cloud Computing Players in the international market, enabling students from Graphic Era University and Graphic Era Hill University to prepare and appear for the much touted Industry Level SALESFORCE Certifications and hence enjoy unparalleled advantages in terms of placement prospects. 

The Graphic Era Group takes pride in declaring the fact that our Universities are the only ones in Northern India, to have entered into an MoU with SALESFORCE.

 

Sapient Razofish

GEHU enters MoU with Sapient Razorfish - This association falls under the Ambit of the Campus Mentorship program run by SAPIENT Razorfish - A privilege enjoyed by only top government engineering institutes across India - such as NITs.

Under this initiative, a leading technology expert heading a major division with SAPIENT Razorfish, is assigned as a Campus Mentor, for ensuring constant technical/non-technical engagements between the Industry and the University. This would include Hackathons, developer meets, Business Lectures and other innovative events sourced from the Knowledge and Resource bank in SAPIENT Razorfish. This exercise will be aimed at ensuring upscaling of the students to the modern day industry standards and ensure they are adept at handling the changing needs at their prospective employers end, taking their technical expertise and employability standards to the next level.

 

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Future Group (Big Bazaar)

Graphic Era Hill University has an academic and industrial tie-up with Future Group (Big Bazaar). GEHU thus jointly organizes trainings, solo projects and retail exposure projects. Recently, GEHU participated and organized a fashion show at the launch of FBB (Fashion@ Big Bazaar) at ISBT, Dehradun

Chatham University, USA

Chatham University is an American university that has coeducational academic programs through the doctoral level, with its main campus located in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Chatham University maintains its Eastside Campus at the corner of Shadyside and the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh.This campus serves the Health Sciences and Architecture programs. Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers

The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India's leading recognised professional society devoted to the advancement of Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication & IT. Founded in 1953. The IETE is the National Apex Professional body of Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science and IT Professionals. It serves more than 1,25,000 members (including Corporate, Student and ISF members) through various 64 Centres, spread all over India and abroad. The Institution provides leadership in Scientific and Technical areas of direct importance to the national development and economy. Government of India has recognised IETE as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) and also notified as an educational Institution of national eminence. The objectives of IETE focus on advancing electro-technology. The IETE conducts and sponsors technical meetings, conferences, symposia, and exhibitions all over India, publishes technical journals and provides continuing education as well as career advancement opportunities to its members.

The IETE focuses on advancement of the Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication, Computers, Information Technology and related areas. Towards this end the Institution promotes and conducts basic engineering and continuing technical education programmes for human resource development.

GEHU has been granted a Life Institutional Membership to the same on March 2014.

 
 

Computer Society of India

The purposes of the Computer Society of India, initiated as early as 1965, has always been scientific and educational growth directed towards the advancement of the theory and practice of computer science and IT. The organization has grown to an enviable size of 100,000 strong members consisting of professionals with varied backgrounds including Software developers, Scientists, Academicians, Project Managers, CIO's , CTO's & IT vendors to name just a few. It has spread its branches all over the country. Currently having more than 500 student branches and rooted firmly at 73 different locations, CIS’s idea has been to spread the knowledge, and provide opportunities to as many as possible. GEHU has now become an educational institution member on the 1st of July, 2014 in order to enable graduate and post graduate students an opportunity to interact with their peers from all across the country as well as eminent members of the industry and academia so as to enhance their career and personal development.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is an association of Indian businesses which work together to create an environment conducive to the growth of industry in the country. Graphic Era Hill University has been actively participating with CII Uttarakhand Chapter to provide the students an opportunity so as to provide them an insight into the workings of an Industry by means of organizing various academic and co-curricular activities.

 
 

IAU (Industries Association of Uttarakhand)

Graphic Era Hill University has been actively working with IAU, an apex body of medium, small and large scale industries of Uttarakhand. Under the purview of this association, students of GEHU have the unique opportunity to see first- hand the functioning of these industries by means of training programs and industrial visits.

AIESEC is an entirely youth-led organization with the mission to develop responsible and global leaders by providing a self- driven practical learning experience by facilitating a huge number of international student exchanges. We, at Graphic Era Hill University, realize that the world today is all about competition in a weakened job market. AIESEC, which shares this belief, equips the students involved with their program with the required skills so that a young graduate can become career ready by learning relevant skills in a practical environment, and by shaping up his/her experiences.

 

Heritage Institute of Languages

Heritage Institute of Languages is dedicated to providing the highest standard of language learning available throughout India by providing more than a dry academic experience. The international members of staff at Heritage Institute of Languages are selected for their ability to deliver language learning within a highly relevant context and lessons are tailored to suit the requirements of the candidate. Most of the courses target languages that are widely spoken around the globe including English, Spanish and Portuguese. We are also finding increasing interest in other European languages that have been exported around the world, such as German and French. GEHU has collaborated with Heritage Institute of Languages to offer Spanish and German Language classes to the students of GEHU in 2016.
