We, at GEHU, believe that in order to optimally to face the challenges of the world, a student’s learning experience should not be pedantic but rather progressive. It is with this objective that we strive to provide our students the right platform to interact with eminent academicians and industry experts in order to help them gauge the trends in the industry which in turn contributes to their professional and personal growth. 

To further this aim, Graphic Era has collaborated with Tata Technologies to offer Industry Specific B.Tech Programmes in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering so as to develop global competencies required to enhance Employability in the 21st Century.

   GEHU organized the Global Immersion Program 2016 for the students ofSchool of Management Studies to provide an international experience to the MBA final year students. Students from GEHU travelled to Singapore in August 2016 for a week long educational visit/ tour to Nanayang Technological University which encompassed training/ seminars with NTU professors in domains like Entrepreneurship Issues, Challenges and Opportunities: A Singapore perspective, Development of Singapore as a Global Financial Hub, Asia Branding and Leadership


   Interaction with Mr. Pankaj Gupta, President, Industries Association of Uttarakhand, where the agenda of the discussion was on the “Secrets of success for graduates in corporate world”


   Interaction with Mr. Subhasis Dey , CEO- India Nippon Electrical Limited organized by the Mechanical Engineering Department where students were informed about the latest trends in the automotive and manufacturing industry as well as what the industry seeks in young graduates.


   Interaction with Prof. M. M. Pant, Pro-Vice Chancellor, IGNOU where  he shared his wonderful experiences on OER and suggested a holistic approach towards education and learning.


   Dr. Pavel Svitil (Deputy Head, Delegation of European Union to India) addressed the GEHU students and staff at the eve of EU KINOTEKA-The European Film Festival.


   An interactive session with Rev. H. M. Majeke (High Commissioner of South Africa) pertaining to South Africa’s culture and the scope of higher education in South Africa.


   Ms. Mona Puri ,Director, Human Resource, Asia Pacific, Inventive Health Clinic, Gurgaon, enlightening the young graduates about the 7 things required to become successful in the corporate world like ethics , behavior , skills ,etc.


   CA Verender Kalra (Co-chairman, PHD chamber of Commerce , Uttarakhand) sharing knowledge about the Indian economy at present and generating future employability for management graduates at the GEHU MBA Induction Programme
