Dr. Sudhahar Dharmalingam

Dr. Sudhahar Dharmalingam currently serves as Professor and Principal at the College of Pharmacy, Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus, Uttarakhand. With over 23 years of extensive experience in teaching, research and academic administration, he has contributed significantly to pharmacy education across various undergraduate and postgraduate institutions in India and abroad. Prior to his current role, he served as Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy at Asia Metropolitan University, Malaysia, which collaborated academically with La Trobe University, Australia. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in and organized numerous national and international conferences, symposia, faculty development programs and workshops conducted by leading professional pharmacy organizations. He is a GATE (Pharmaceutical Sciences) qualified scholar, he has made substantial contributions to pharmaceutical research and academia. His scholarly achievements include the publication of over 40 research papers in reputed national and international journals, authorship of three books and two patents. He is a life member of several prestigious professional bodies, including the Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association (IPGA), Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) and the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society. His primary research interests lie in the broad field of Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a focus on advancing research, innovation and academic excellence in the discipline.
