The Department of Hotel & Hospitality Management, @graphicerahilluniversity Haldwani Campus, successfully conducted “Beyond the Classroom 1.3 – Grooming Workshop.”
The workshop focused on emphasizing the significance of professional grooming, personal hygiene, appropriate dress sense, body language, and corporate etiquette required in the hospitality and service industries.
During the workshop, students were guided on how first impressions, appearance, body language, and personality presentation play a vital role in achieving professional success. The session also helped students gain insights into the corporate culture expected from an employee and highlighted the importance of building confidence and maintaining high standards of professionalism in life.
The interactive nature of the workshop enabled students to clearly understand that grooming is not merely a physical aspect but also a reflection of attitude, discipline, and self-presentation.
