Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU), in collaboration with the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and the School of Management, successfully hosted the HR Conclave 2024 on the theme “Role of HR in a Fragile World”. The event took place at the Prof. K. P. Nautiyal Auditorium, bringing together industry leaders, academicians, and HR professionals to address the pressing challenges and opportunities in today’s volatile global environment. The conclave was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Dr. C. Manohar, who set the tone for a day of enriching discussions. The event highlighted HR’s pivotal role in fostering resilience, inclusivity, and adaptability in organizations, with engaging sessions on critical sub-themes:
