Sweta Bagdwal is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in research. She completed her MBA in Finance from Graphic Era Hill University in 2024, following her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kumaun University, Nainital, in 2021. Her research interests focus on exploring innovative solutions within the field of finance and related disciplines. Alongside her academic pursuits, Sweta gained practical experience as an Operational Executive at Ocube Services, where she acquired valuable industry insights. She is also an NCC ‘C’ Certificate holder from the 24 UK Girls’ Battalion, Almora, a program that instilled in her discipline, leadership skills, and a strong sense of commitment. Sweta is dedicated to inspiring and empowering students through effective teaching, fostering a passion for learning, and encouraging their personal and academic growth. Additionally, Sweta’s research work has been recognized with paper acceptances at prominent conferences, including ICOFE 2024 and the Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies.
