ACADEMIC, RESEARCH AND INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE

Dr. Manya Gupta has been an Assistant Professor at Siddhartha Group of Institutions, Dehradun, since August 2023, specializing in Law of Torts, Land Law, and Centre and State Relations. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Sunrise University, Rajasthan, an LLM in Constitutional Law from Uttarakhand Technical University, and a B. Com LLB (Honors) from Teerthanker Mahaveer University. Dr. Gupta has published numerous articles in international and national journals, actively participates in seminars and conferences, and cleared the UGC NET for Assistant Professor in Law in June 2023. She contributes significantly to academic scholarship and practical learning through her roles in the Research and Publication Committee and the Internship Committee.
