HR Conclave 2024: Shaping Resilience in a Fragile World

Graphic Era Hill University, in collaboration with ISTD Dehradun Chapter and the School of Management, hosted the much-anticipated HR Conclave 2024 under the theme “Role of HR in a Fragile World.” This premier event underscored HR's transformative role in fostering adaptability, inclusivity, and resilience within organizations. Inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr. C. Manohar, a distinguished education evangelist and social entrepreneur, the conclave witnessed a thought-provoking keynote by Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Jasola, Vice-Chancellor, GEHU, who elaborated on the integration of artificial intelligence to resolve HR challenges effectively in uncertain times.
