In an inspiring interaction organized by Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun campus, alumnus Adit Dhoundiyal (BBA
Batch 2020–2023), currently working as a Transportation Specialist at Amazon, returned not as a student but as a mentor.
His expert talk bridged the gap between academic learning and corporate realities, offering valuable guidance to current
students. During the session, Adit shared key insights from his transition journey—highlighting the importance of
adaptability, time management, and communication skills in the dynamic corporate world.
He reflected on the challenges faced post-graduation and emphasized how a proactive mindset and continuous learning were
essential to thrive in a competitive environment. His experiences offered a relatable roadmap for aspiring professionals
