I am an Assistant Professor at Graphic Era Hill University. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing (2025) and a B.A. in English Honours (2023) from the same institution. I gained hands-on industry exposure through my role as an HR Trainee at Lemon Tree Hotels, where I worked for 2.5 months, contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. My research interests include human resource development, employee motivation, and marketing strategies. I am dedicated to fostering an engaging learning environment and equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
