Ateet Parihar is an Assistant Professor of Law specializing in Intellectual Property Law, with a particular focus on Trademark Law and its interface with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. His teaching emphasizes conceptual clarity, practical application, and strategic thinking. He has expertise in trademark registration, prosecution, and brand protection, and seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice by connecting doctrinal frameworks with real-world challenges in brand management, risk mitigation, and enforcement in the digital marketplace.
He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Law from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, examining industrial property rights in the context of artificial intelligence. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
His areas of interest include Trademark Law, Patent Law, Copyright Law, and Intellectual Property Strategy.
