My professional career is ingrained in demonstrating high-level communication and interpersonal skills through a commitment to the advancement of a collegial and supportive working environment. With experience of more than 2 decades in academics and industry, in India as well as the Middle East in the Sultanate of Oman and being associated with Purdue University North-west, USA, as a media studies and communication faculty member, I have demonstrated abilities to effectively interact with students and staff while maintaining cross-cultural sensitivity.

In my academic endeavours, in my engagements with top Indian establishments like Delhi University; GGSIP University, Delhi, and UPES Dehradun, I have developed a strong ability to design interactive, rigors, challenging, and engaging teaching methodologies using the most innovative tools and strategies. My analytical teaching approaches consider the psychological, leadership, and research-based aspects of learning. Besides, I have been in different positions of responsibility, which include academic as well as academic administration-related activities, i.e., system-wide coordinator, head of the media department, active member of the research office, and coordinator of the doctoral programme.
I have been able to prove myself to the complete satisfaction of my supervisor. I believe that the post of tutor or academic administrator requires a lot of planning, diagnosis, remedial work, guidance sessions, patience, and proper execution.
