In celebration of the 15th Himalaya Diwas, the Department of Physics at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, organized an enriching visit for B.Sc. (H) Physics students to the prestigious Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology.
During the one-day workshop on 'Climate Change, Natural Disasters, and the Himalayan Ecosystem,' students engaged with leading experts, gaining invaluable insights into pressing environmental issues. The visit included guided sessions, providing students with a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Himalayan ecosystem. Additionally, a tour of the institute’s museum and laboratories allowed participants to explore practical scientific applications, fostering academic growth and inspiration for future endeavors.
