Empowering Future Engineers: Junior Engineer Training Program Begins

The month-long Training Program for newly recruited Junior Engineers from the Panchayati Raj Department and PTCUL, Government of Uttarakhand, commenced at Graphic Era Hill University, aiming to strengthen technical and managerial expertise. The event was graced by Chief Guest Ms. Himali Joshi, PCS (Joint Director of Panchayati Raj), alongside Er. M.S. Rana (Joint Director, Panchayati Raj). Dr. Sweta Chauhan (Assistant Professor, Management) inaugurated the session, and Dr. Vishal Sagar (Head, School of Management) warmly welcomed the guests.

Ms. Joshi expressed her appreciation to Graphic Era and highlighted the training’s goal to enhance engineering skills essential for public service. Dr. Shyam Kapri (Assistant Dean, Projects and Training) presented an overview of the program, emphasizing its focus on both technical and professional growth. Mr. Anoop Bahuguna (Head, Department of Civil Engineering) concluded with a vote of thanks, stressing the training’s role in shaping the engineers' career paths.
