Future leaders learn Design Thinking!

The School of Management at Graphic Era Hill University hosted an enlightening workshop on Design Thinking as a Strategic Management Tool at the Prof. KP Nautiyal Auditorium, which captivated MBA, BBA, Animation Design, and Fashion Design students. The session was led by Mr. Sudhir Sharma, a distinguished NID graduate, CEO of INDI Design, and author of Design Attitude. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Sharma shared insightful case studies from industry giants like Bajaj Auto, ICICI, and Standard Chartered, illustrating the power of Design Thinking in strategic decision-making.

Mr. Sharma also presented a copy of his book, Design Attitude, to Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Jasola, Vice Chancellor of GEHU, and discussed the application of Design Thinking in Higher Education. An impromptu session for HoDs further delved into innovative strategies. Dr. Omdeep Gupta presented a memento to Mr. Sharma, while Prof. Prashant Singh Kutaula concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks.
