Ms. Abhilasha Mer is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India, and a doctoral researcher specializing in Green Intellectual Capital. Her research interests include Green Intellectual Capital, Green Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, and Sustainable Competitive Advantage.
Her research has been published in reputed peer-reviewed journals, including the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital, European Economic Letters, and the Journal of Informatics Education and Research.
