Assistant Professor

Jyotirmoy Das is a passionate product designer with academic degrees in Industrial Design (VIT University) and Product Design (CIT Kokrajhar). He has worked on projects focusing on ergonomics, sustainable design, and user experience. He is currently working as an Assistant professor at Graphic Era Hill University at User Experience and Interaction Department.

Prior to this job, he has also worked as a design intern in CIT Kokrajhar and IIT Guwahati and presented his work in HWWE 2025, Kolkata. His teaching approach is focused on design research, critical thinking, and implementations of user research in development of ideas through product design and design innovations.
