The School of Management, Graphic Era Hill University, hosted a powerful seminar dedicated to Team Ganga Awareness
initiatives, aimed at promoting water conservation, pollution control, and the Namami Gange Project. The event was
inaugurated by Dr. Shyam Kapri (Assistant Dean, Projects) and Dr. Vishal Sagar (HOD, SOM), setting the tone for
impactful discussions. Eminent experts shared valuable insights, including Prof. (Dr.) Kamal Kant Joshi on water
resources conservation, Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Kapal on preserving purity and heritage under Namami Gange, Dr. Harish Kumar
on India’s water crisis and sustainable solutions, and Mr. Anoop Bahuguna on the importance of household sewage
connections. The seminar inspired participants to contribute towards environmental sustainability and the clean Ganga
mission, reinforcing the importance of collaborative efforts for a greener and healthier future.
