Strengthening the connect between academia and industry, the Department of Fashion Design at Graphic Era Hill University collaborated with The Textile Association (India) to host an impactful session aimed at driving innovation and real-world learning in the textile and fashion domain. The session featured expert talks by renowned industry professionals—Mr. Kamal Mishra, Mr. Bishwa Ranjan Sinha, and Mr. P.D. Kaushik—who shared deep insights from their vast industry experience.
Their guidance offered students a practical lens into evolving industry trends, sustainability, and future-focused design thinking. A proud moment for the university, the session also celebrated the achievements of students who showcased commendable talent at the 77th All India Textile Conference organized by TAI Delhi, held at IIT Delhi. This collaboration not only enhanced student exposure to industry expectations but also reinforced GEHU’s commitment to fostering a curriculum enriched with practical knowledge, professional mentorship, and recognition of creative excellence.
